Returns 

As our products are handmade and often personalized, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. 

To be eligible for return:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

Refunds

If your order qualifies for a refund:

You'll be notified once your return is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order is damaged or incorrect:

Please email us at ckcraftsau@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos within 3 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
