Processing Time 

All orders are handmade with care. Please allow:

- 1-3 Business days for processing before dispatch.

- Custom or personalized orders may take slightly longer. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer standard shipping via Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

- Domestic (Australia): 2-8 business days.

- International: 7-21 business days (varies by location).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to postal disruptions.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

Tracking

All orders include tracking (where available). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. 

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
